I visited my sister in Pasadena. We drove to a nearby yarn shop called Skein.
It looked nice, set apart on its own in a house. It was closed.
We did what we could to console ourselves.

My sister Kimberly with her cat Sylvie
It’s barely visible but she’s wearing a hat I knit from Berroco Lullaby.
I gave her this little blanket. It is square. I like squares. It is the sort of knitting
where the first half is triangular and involves increases. Then the second half, also a triangle, involves decreases. The pattern is in Donna Kooler’s Encyclopedia of Knitting.

It’s little but not that little.

Actually, the size is most likely…cat size!
