I had a message on Ravelry last week, the content of which I have been hard put to come to terms with.
“I am writing to let you know that your Ravelry friend Jenn, finding_her, passed away on Friday after some unexpected complications from Cystic Fibrosis.”
I cannot claim to have been close with Jenn. Yet I really did care about her. That was easy. She was a loving and lovely young woman who faced difficulties with remarkable grace.

Oh dear :( I’m *so* sorry to hear about your Ravelry friend. Sometimes it’s hard, knowing that we can never really *know* the people we’re acquainted with online, but yet they are still friends in a very real way. I hope you are doing o.k. and taking good care of yourself :) >>hugs
